Kentucky Settles Lawsuit Over Inmate Who Died of Starvation
The family of James Kenneth Embry filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Kentucky Department of Corrections after Embry starved to death in 2014 while in their care. Vanessa Bryant Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit Against Helicopter Company
Vanessa Bryant, Kobe’s widow, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the company that owned the helicopter and employed the pilot when Kobe and his daughter Gianna was killed.
